TM Sensor’s ultra-thin six-axis force sensor adopts an optimized flat elastomer structure, greatly reducing axial thickness and overall installation height while maintaining structural rigidity and overload resistance. It is well suited to space-constrained integration scenarios such as robot end-effectors, in-joint installation, and micro worktables. Equipped with TM Sensor’s self-developed full-temperature digital decoupling algorithm, it effectively suppresses inter-axis crosstalk errors and offers high measurement accuracy, fast dynamic response, excellent temperature-drift stability, and strong electromagnetic interference resistance. After rigorous calibration and environmental reliability testing, it can operate stably over the long term under wide-temperature conditions. Its technical indicators benchmark against mainstream high-end international products, while its core software and hardware are fully domestically developed and independently controllable, accelerating domestic substitution of high-end multi-axis force sensors.

Unlike traditional rigid probe cards, TM Sensor’s flexible wafer testing equipment uses flexible electrodes to adapt to wafer warpage and surface topography, completing wafer pad contact testing under extremely low pressure. It addresses key industry pain points such as pressure damage to ultra-thin wafers, MicroLEDs, flexible electronics, and MEMS devices, poor contact, and the inability to conduct high-density parallel testing.
